Conversation with Dr. Howard Bellows, President of Southwest Minnesota State College, Mr. Myron Thielges, President of the Marshall Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Ivan Carrow, Chairman of the Marshall College Council, and Mr. Newt Walter, Manager of the Marshall Chamber of Commerce about a public meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 16, 1966, when a panel will answer questions about requirements for taking in student boarders or other community concerns.
