Conversation with Dr. Howard Bellows, President of Southwest State College, and Dr. Joseph Rossillon, Director of Instructional Resources, about the hiring of the first Dean of Faculties, Dean Shane, current Dean of Faculties at American University in Cairo. Shane will be charged to further develop the academic programs and to continue the work of faculty recruitment. Prior to his arrival, Dr. Rossillon will conduct a tour of Midwestern institutions to scout for staff and faculty hires.
